 We understand health as more than the absence of injury or illness but as a state of well-being.   A balanced lifestyle is a great concept, but we recognize that in reality, very few people are able to make it happen on their own.  Optimal wellness begins with having the knowledge, practical tools, and accountability to
make, ​implement, and maintain healthy ​Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition habits.

We provide education, behavioral coaching and motivation to help you develop and maintain
positive health habits and skills to add years to your life and life to your years.  Our coaching program
is designed to facilitate mindset and behavior changes that generate sustainable healthy habits from
a 'whole person' perspective; whether you are working toward eating healthier, increased
​level of fitness, weight-loss, improved mobility, or a more specific health-related issue. ​

Our less than ideal habits usually have enjoyable benefits that are not easy to replace.  Making lifestyle changes is not painless or simple. 
Change is a process that implies intention, adjustment, modification, discomfort, effort, follow-through and consistency.   

It typically takes 1-year or more for a person to develop a new lifestyle, incorporating a wide spectrum of changes. 
  • It takes about 6-months of practice before a new behavior is integrated enough into one's daily life to feel like a naturally occuring habit. 
  • It takes about 28 days of repetition to "grasp or get the hang of" a specific new behavior.  Most people need recurrent reinforcment in order to begin and sustain changes. 
We currently offer (2) subscription levels of wellness coaching to provide ongoing, personalized support and guidance in helping you set clear goals, overcome obstacles, manage stress, eat healthy get more physical activity and much more. ​

LEAN30 Digital Health Coaching

This is a community group approach of wellness coaching that targets different lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition topics each month better health, fitness and well-being via our customized platform and licensed use of the Nudge Health Tracking App.  With this HIPAA-Compliant App, you will connect with us to receive the following mobile touchpoints via smartphone or tablet:  
  • Daily Health messages, that are health coach created to be concise and educational to keep you mindful and motivated to create and/or maintain positive health habits.
  • ​Simple logging process of lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition choices in (6) key areas to track your health behaviors and provide reflective data to identify challenges for improvement, progress and maintenance.  You can also sync data from any of over 100 leading wearables and health programs/devices or manually input data, connecting health data to coach to monitor the following:
    1. Hydration
    2. Sleep, Stress, Energy, Mood
    3. Nutrition (Servings or Journal Entry)
    4. Physical Activity & Steps
    5. Biometrics
    6. Custom Tracking i.e., Indulgences or Supplements, etc.
  • Private, community group forum for Q&A posts and responses from health coach and other community members,  Remember, this is a HIPAA-compliant program, unlike private social media groups (i.e. Facebook), dedicated for usage by health professionals to keep protected health information and personal information secure.  Forum also includes a private, community group leaderboard for monthly incentive challenges. 
​​​​​This membership also includes a personal login to access the following password protected information on our website that can be downloaded or viewed online via computer, tablet or smartphone:
  • Wellness Blog with articles adressing general health, nutrition, recipes, physical activity, mindufulness, alternative medicine, chronic conditions, psychological health, health-specific reference guides, etc.  (3+ new posts weekly; only available to subscribers)
  • Downloadable Workout plans for low, moderate and variable or high intensity levels  (2-3 workouts added each month; only available to subscribers)
  • Meal Plans and/or recipes that are clean and may be tailored to meet the needs of keto, whole-foods, paleo, etc. (1-2 meal plan added each month; only available to subscribers)  
  • Meditation Room with guided meditation audio for relaxation, sleep, weight loss, etc. (1-2 meditations added each month; only available to subscribers)​

LEAN30 Personal Health Coaching

This is a private and personalized approach that includes all the benefits of the Digital Coach subscription plus the the following added features:
  • Weekly coaching session(s)**, scheduled as a recurring appointment, where the focus is on you, your specific goals, questions and concerns that are unique and forever-evolving 
  • Personalized, weekly "touchpoints" with your coach via in-App messaging, phone or email for consistent follow-up.​
Ideal for the business traveler and anyone with a busy schedule that needs support and accountability to create healthy habits and continuously engage in healthful behaviors that support their goals.

**Quick consults are 15-minutes each.  Express sessions are 30-minutes each.  Standard sessions are 45-minutes each.  This subscription includes an annual Digital LEAN30 Coach subscription.  Personal coaching sessions are billed month-to-month and require a continous 90-day/3-month commitment.  Sessions may continue month-to-month after the initial 90-day/3-month commitment.  Sessions are scheduled as appointments, recurring at the same day/time on a weekly, bi-monthly or monthly basis.  12-hours notice is required to cancel and reschedule a session. A minimum of 4-hours notice is required to retain 50% value of the session. Rescheduling requests are accomodated based on availability or the value (based on notice) is credited to the account for future use.  Travel/Commute fees may apply for appointments beyond at 10-mile radius of 75024.
